The system
Built in layers, priced as one number
A garage floor here gets the full stack: diamond grinding to a CSP-2 profile, moisture testing, crack and spall repair, a penetrating primer, a 100% solids epoxy base at 8-12 mils, a full-coverage flake broadcast in the blend you pick, and a polyaspartic clear top coat that takes hot tires, road salt, and jack stands without complaint.
That stack runs roughly ten times the film thickness of a hardware-store kit. It's also why we can put the whole thing in a written estimate and stand behind it - there's no mystery layer to fail.

How the install actually goes
Day 0 · The measure
We walk the garage, meter the slab for moisture, note repairs, and leave you a written estimate - system, prep, and cure window included. No deposit until you say go.
Day 1 · Prep
Diamond grind with dust extraction (your garage stays livable), cracks and spalls repaired, edges hand-detailed, slab vacuumed to bare honest concrete.
Day 2 · Coats
Primer, base coat, flake broadcast to full coverage, scrape and clear top coat. We tape the lines you saw in the photos - the edge is the signature.
After · The cure
Foot traffic next morning, vehicles after the written cure window. Then it's a floor you clean with a dust mop and a hose nozzle.
Two-car garage? Measure the slab, call with the square footage, and the estimate comes back in writing.

Will epoxy peel when hot tires sit on it?
A thin kit coat will - hot-tire pickup is the classic DIY failure. A ground-in, 100% solids base with a polyaspartic top coat will not. The top coat is rated for exactly this: a July tire coming off I-55 at highway temperature.
How long before I can park in the garage?
Foot traffic the next morning, vehicles after the cure window we put in writing for your system - typically 24-72 hours depending on top coat and weather. The one-day polyaspartic system shortens the whole schedule.
What flake colors are available?
Dozens of standard blends - grays, blue-grays, tans, terrazzo-style mixes - plus solid colors if you want a cleaner industrial look. We bring physical sample chips to the estimate; floors look different in your garage light than on a screen.
My concrete is cracked and pitted. Can it still be coated?
Usually, yes. Crack repair, spall patching, and pitting fill are part of prep, priced in the same written estimate. If a slab is too far gone for coatings to be honest work, we tell you that at the measure.
